A completed "official" nomination form must be
presented, via a member in good standing of the
Arlington Sports Hall of Fame, to the Executive
Director of the Hall of Fame.
The nominating deadline is December 1st, in the
year prior to the year of induction.
No individual may make more than one nomination
per year.
A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for each
nomination submitted.
